With some of the most amazing coastlines in the country to the South, and a national moorland park to the North, it’s easy to see why so much of this part of the world is classed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The area also offers traditional market towns such as Kingsbridge and Totnes, Chic coastal resorts such as Salcombe and Dartmouth, and for those of you who require something a little bigger, the cities of Plymouth and Exeter are within easy reach.

The entire area is noted for it’s maritime and rural heritage, which is still evident in culture, food, art and the everyday way of life.

South Devon is a perfect destination for families of all ages due to the abundance of activities on offer. Kids will love the opportunities the area offers and the chance to just be children.  Grown- ups will love the freedom, fresh air and gentler pace of life that Devon is known for. Equally, couples looking to escape will appreciate the serenity, activities and lifestyle the county can provide.
